Inside Sales Representative

Location: Bethesda, MD (In-Office) 

OTE: $100K–$120K+ (Uncapped)

BocaBella is transforming the professional teeth whitening industry with a simple, high-margin product that helps dental practices generate revenue with zero chair time and no lab fees.

We are building a high-performance Inside Sales team in Bethesda and are looking for motivated individuals who want to develop real closing skills, own their pipeline, and earn based on results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the full sales cycle from cold call to close
• Make 50–65 outbound calls daily to dental practices
• Connect with doctors and office managers
• Send product samples to qualified prospects
• Follow up consistently to convert interest into orders
• Manage pipeline and activity in HubSpot
  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and confidence on the phone
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Resilient and comfortable with high-volume outreach
• Organized with strong follow-up habits

COMPENSATION

• Base: $50K–$60K
• Uncapped commission (~10% per deal)
• OTE: $100K–$120K+
• Residual income on repeat business
