Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients through phone, email, and digital communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new sales opportunities through outbound outreach and follow-up activities
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant product or service information to potential customers
• Build and maintain positive relationships with both new and existing clients
• Prepare quotes and proposals tailored to customer needs
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within internal systems
• Work cross-functionally with other teams to support a seamless customer experience
• Manage leads and opportunities through the full sales cycle to close
• Consistently meet or exceed established sales goals
• Maintain a current understanding of offerings, pricing, and promotions

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Must have 1–3 years of relevant sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with CRM platforms and standard office software
• Knowledge of NetSuite is preferred
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative mindset with a high level of integrity
