Prestige Motorsports is a custom engine and performance shop based in Concord, NC, serving car and marine enthusiasts across the country. Every engine combination — Chevy, Ford, Mopar — is designed from the ground up to meet a specific customer’s goals, dyno-tested in-house, and delivered with documented proof of performance.


This isn’t a catalog shop. The same turnkey packages we sell, we install and run ourselves. Our in-house machine shop and full-service performance facility handle everything from custom builds and full vehicle restorations to marine repowers and remote tuning. Every project ends with a customer who knows exactly what they bought — and has the data to prove it.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This isn’t a relationship-maintenance role. You’ll own the sales process from first contact to closed deal — asking the right questions, building the right package, and helping customers make confident decisions.


▸ Drive revenue — take initiative, not just inbound calls

▸ Dig into each customer’s goals: horsepower targets, drivability needs, use case

▸ Build accurate, compelling quotes and engine package proposals

▸ Own your pipeline — leads, follow-ups, and CRM activity (HubSpot preferred)

▸ Guide customers through a transparent, no-BS ordering process

▸ Hit monthly targets with consistency and integrity

▸ Deliver a customer experience worth bragging about


WHAT YOU BRING

You don’t need to be an engine builder — we’ll train you on our products, processes, and technical specs. What we can’t train is drive, curiosity, and the instinct to ask great questions. If you have those, you’ll thrive here.


▸ 2–7 years of inside sales, customer service, or similar experience

▸ True sales mentality: assertive, proactive, motivated, and hungry

▸ You love cars — you don’t need to be an expert, but enthusiasm matters

▸ Strong communicator who’s comfortable asking tough questions and digging deeper

▸ Tech-savvy; CRM tools don’t intimidate you

▸ High integrity — you care how the work gets done, not just that it gets done

▸ Able to juggle multiple active deals without dropping the ball

▸ Passion for automotive, motorsports, or performance is a serious plus

Work Location: In person


Compensation: up to $29.00/hr. + uncapped commissions, earning potential up to $125,000.00 annually.
