Inside Sales Rep — Silicone Depot

We're looking for someone to help us grow faster. We've recently launched marketing initiatives that are driving a growing list of inbound leads (Over 1,500 and growing). We need a sharp inside sales rep to convert them into customers.

You'll work the phones and inbox, qualify prospects, and close deals. You'll also make outbound calls to set appointments and travel for trade shows and visits to larger prospects.

You will also be expected to travel for trade shows and also to visit larger prospects and customers.

You're a fit if you:

• Have sales experience in construction products or an adjacent industry
• Think in numbers and like hitting clear targets
• Are organized, persistent, and comfortable on the phone

Ideally you've worked in construction and know caulking products, but that's not required. The one true requirement is a solid, data-backed sales background.

Comp is Base+Commissions (Base is $41k with $24k+ in commissions)
