Inside Sales Representative

Connections Personnel is hiring for a temp to hire Inside Sales Representative for our client located in Berkeley Heights, NJ. Looking for a motivated, results driven candidate with experience selling material handling equipment, industrial products or warehouse solutions to join the team. This role is responsible for generating new business, managing inbound inquires, nurturing existing accounts and driving revenue growth by selling material handling products and solutions. Ideal candidate is customer focused and thrives in a fast paced sales environment.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate new sales opportunities throughout bound calls, email campaigns and follow up on marketing leads.
• Respond to inbound inquires and qualify customer needs.
• Prepare and present quotes for material handling products including racking systems, shelving and dividers.
• Interpret customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on quotes and negotiate pricing within approved margins.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

• Experience selling material handling equipment, industrial products or warehouse solutions is a strong plus.
• Strong phone presence and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical product specifications.
• Highly organized with strong follow up skills.
• Self -motivated with a competitive drive.
• Drug test/background checks done prior to being hired.

Schedule: 830am-530pm Monday thru Friday

Salary: $40-$50K plus commissions
