Our clinical-grade, no harsh-sensitivity U-Wraps and Strips are designed to do one thing: give dental practices a massive new revenue stream with zero chair time and zero lab fees. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team to reach 70,000+ dental offices nationwide. To do that, we are building a high-energy Inside Sales team here in Bethesda, Maryland to make calls, build relationships, and close deals.
The Role:
You are not an appointment setter. You are a hunter and a closer.
As a BocaBella Inside Sales Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle right from our Bethesda office. You will cold call dental offices nationwide, navigate past tough gatekeepers, pitch our undeniably strong value proposition, strategically send product samples, and relentlessly follow up to close the opening order.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire process from the initial outreach to close.
- High-Volume Prospecting: Execute 55-65 outbound cold calls per day to build a robust, self-generated pipeline.
- Gatekeeper Navigation: Build rapport with front office staff through professional communication to connect with the Doctor or Office Manager.
- Sample Logistics & Follow-Up: Provide BocaBella product samples to qualified offices and execute a consistent, proactive follow-up process to convert interest into paid orders.
- Real-Time Collaboration: Work directly with our sales leadership on the floor to refine scripts, overcome objections, and ring the bell when you close a deal.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–3 years of inside sales, business development, or relevant full-cycle B2B closing experience. (Medical device, logistics, SaaS, or high-ticket sales preferred).
- Self-Motivated & Competitive: You are goal-oriented, comfortable making a high volume of calls, and capable of handling objections with professionalism and poise.
- Elite Communication: You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. You have a crisp phone presence and speak with authority, empathy, and conviction to clinical professionals.
- Highly Organized: You have strong attention to detail and understand that the fortune is in the follow-up. You don't let samples sit on a doctor's desk gathering dust.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to manage a robust pipeline is a strong plus.
- Local to the DMV Area: Ability to work full-time in an in-office environment.
Compensation & Culture (The Six-Figure Upside):
We do not pay for meetings that go nowhere; we pay for closed revenue. If you are elite on the phones, you will clear six figures here. Period.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 – $120,000+ in your first year (Uncapped).
- Competitive Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000. Reliable income to cover your life, but the real money is in the hustle.
- Direct Closing Commissions: Earn an aggressive percentage (10%) on every opening case order (often $900 - $2,500+) you personally close over the phone.
- The Residual Reward: Earn a percentage on all re-orders from your accounts for the first 12 months.
