We are scaling fast to reach 70,000+ dental offices nationwide. To do that, we are building an elite, high-energy Inside Sales "Hit Squad" right here in our Boca Raton headquarters to own the phones, build relationships, and close deals.


The Role:


You are not an appointment setter. You are a hunter and a closer.

As a BocaBella Inside Sales Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle right from our Boca office. You will cold call dental offices nationwide, navigate past tough gatekeepers, pitch our undeniably strong value proposition, strategically send product samples, and relentlessly follow up to take the credit card and close the opening order.

What You Will Do (The Daily Grind):


  • Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire process from the first cold call to the final credit card swipe for single-office and mid-sized dental practices.
  • High-Volume Prospecting: Execute 60–80 outbound cold calls per day to build a robust, self-generated pipeline.
  • Gatekeeper Navigation: Master the "pattern interrupt" to comfortably and professionally disarm stressed-out dental receptionists and get the Doctor or Office Manager on the line.
  • Sample Logistics & Follow-Up: Deploy BocaBella product samples to qualified offices, and execute a flawless, aggressive follow-up sequence to convert those free samples into paid, $900+ opening case orders.
  • Real-Time Collaboration: Work directly with our sales leadership on the floor to refine scripts, overcome objections, and ring the bell when you close a deal.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Experience: 1–3 years of inside sales, full-cycle closing, or B2B cold-calling experience. (Medical device, logistics, SaaS, or high-ticket sales preferred).
  • Local to South Florida: You must be able to commute to our Boca Raton office daily. We feed off each other's energy.
  • The "Closer" Mentality: You aren't afraid to ask for the business. You handle objections smoothly, know how to create urgency, and don't stop until the deal is won.
  • Elite Communication: You have a crisp, highly professional phone presence and speak with authority, empathy, and conviction.
  • Follow-Up Relentlessness: You understand that the fortune is in the follow-up. You don't let samples sit on a doctor's desk gathering dust.


Compensation & Culture (The Six-Figure Upside):


We do not pay for meetings that go nowhere; we pay for closed revenue. If you are elite on the phones, you will clear six figures here. Period.


  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 – $120,000+ in your first year (Uncapped).
  • Competitive Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000. Reliable income to cover your life, but the real money is in the hustle.
  • Direct Closing Commissions: Earn an aggressive percentage (10%) on every opening case order (often $900 - $2,500+) you personally close over the phone.
  • The "Farmer" Residual: Earn a percentage on all re-orders from your accounts for the first 12 months, rewarding you for great customer service.
  • The Boca Bullpen: A high-energy, collaborative office culture where we celebrate wins, learn from rejections, and build the playbook together.
