Inpatient Pharmacist

Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Inpatient Pharmacist to support safe and effective medication management within a hospital setting. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing, verification, and collaboration with clinical teams while ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and dispense medications in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies
• Support inpatient medication management, including IV preparation and sterile compounding as applicable
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to optimize patient therapy
• Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Ensure compliance with New York State regulations, hospital policies, and patient safety standards
• Participate in quality assurance and medication safety initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 year of Pharmacist experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced inpatient environment
