Responsibilities include:

• Order verification
• Clinical review
• Dosing support
• Medication therapy management
• Provider consultation
• IV verification oversight
• Medication reconciliation
• Discharge counseling

Requirements:

• Florida pharmacist license or ability to obtain
• Open to hospital or retail backgrounds
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Comfortable working weekends as scheduled
