Insight Global is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to support a large enterprise environment focused on vulnerability remediation and automation.


This is a hands-on, technical role centered around building scalable solutions that automatically detect, manage, and remediate security vulnerabilities across endpoints, identities, and applications. You’ll play a key role in improving security posture while reducing manual operational effort through automation.


What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain automation solutions to remediate vulnerabilities at scale
  • Administer and optimize endpoint management and patching using SCCM and Intune
  • Implement identity and access controls using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and M365
  • Develop scripts (PowerShell and/or Python) to:
  • Enforce configuration standards
  • Remediate system drift
  • Reduce manual processes
  • Partner with cybersecurity teams to translate vulnerabilities into actionable technical fixes
  • Support full software lifecycle management (patching, upgrades, decommissioning, access cleanup)
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standards
  • Track and improve KPIs around remediation speed, automation coverage, and system reliability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex remediation issues and participate in root cause analysis
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with infrastructure, security, and application teams


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Endpoint Management, or Identity Engineering
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • SCCM (Endpoint Configuration Manager)
  • Intune
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft 365 services
  • Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell (Python is a plus)
  • Experience with automation and remediation at enterprise scale
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, SAML, SCIM, or identity integrations
  • Working knowledge of SQL or data/reporting concepts


Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting vulnerability management programs
  • Exposure to AI-assisted tools for scripting or operational workflows
  • Background in large-scale enterprise environments
  • Experience with license management and access governance
