We are seeking an IT Support Technician based in Vista, CA, to provide deskside and technical support for both on-site and remote employees. This role includes day-to-day troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues; executive-level support; and hands-on management of onboarding, offboarding, and device deployment. Experience with remote team support, device management tools, and VIP support is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network issues for both on-site and remote employees
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup, configuration, and account provisioning
- Build, configure, and ship equipment to remote staff; manage device inventory and asset tracking
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly via phone, chat, or in-person support
- Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
- Collaborate closely with the IT team to ensure consistent service quality and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience providing IT Help Desk and end-user support in a mixed Windows, macOS, and mobile device environment
- Experience troubleshooting computer hardware, software, peripherals, and endpoint device
- Experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and related productivity platform
- Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), including user provisioning, MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and role-based access control
- Experience managing endpoints using MDM/UEM platforms such as Jamf Pro, and Microsoft Intune
- Networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, wireless networking, and network troubleshooting
