IT Field Technician

Position Summary

An opportunity is available for a skilled and reliable IT Field Technician to support end users across office locations. This role is focused on delivering responsive, hands-on technical support, resolving day-to-day IT issues, and ensuring all workplace technology operates efficiently and effectively.





Core Responsibiliti

  • esProvide on-site technical support for end-user devices including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile equipme
  • ntDiagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network-related issu
  • esSet up, configure, and maintain user workstations and office technology to
  • olTroubleshoot connectivity issues such as Wi-Fi, VPN access, and local network proble
  • msSupport hardware rollouts, upgrades, replacements, and system refresh initiativ
  • esMaintain accurate tracking of IT assets and assist with inventory manageme
  • ntManage incoming support requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely resoluti
