Information Technology Support Analyst

We’re hiring an IT Support Specialist for a 100% onsite role in Santa Clara, CA.

This position is ideal for someone with 5+ years of IT support experience who thrives in a fast-paced, end-user support environment and has strong experience across the Microsoft stack.

What you’ll do:

• Provide daily Level 2-style end-user support
• Troubleshoot and resolve tickets related to laptops, cameras, Windows issues, and network/Wi-Fi connectivity
• Support a Microsoft-heavy environment including Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, and Entra
• Assist with lab equipment ordering and basic troubleshooting of lab and network devices
• Identify network-related issues and escalate when needed

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of IT Support experience
• Strong Windows support background
• Experience with AD, O365, and Entra
• Reliable, proactive, and strong communication skills
• VMware and PowerShell are nice to have, but not required

Pay range and compensation package

The hourly pay range for this position is $28 to $30 on a W2 basis. As a contract/temporary professional, you are eligible for medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance coverage.
