  • IT Help Desk / Call Center Support
  • Active Directory Administration (Password Resets, Account Unlocks, User Management)
  • Printer Administration & Troubleshooting (Server and Local Print Queues)
  • Mobile Device Management (iOS/iPhone/iPad Deployment and Support)
  • Network & Remote Support Troubleshooting (VPN, Wi-Fi, LTE, RDP, MSRA, Teams, WebEx)

  • Customer Service & End-User Support
  • Ticket Management using ServiceNow
