About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead IT Project Manager to join the Enterprise Technology Delivery Services team. This role will lead strategic, enterprise-wide technology initiatives that support critical business capabilities and accelerate value delivery across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex software and infrastructure projects within SaaS-based environments, excellent stakeholder management skills, and deep knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, LPM, and DevOps. This position requires a collaborative leader who can effectively drive alignment across business and technology teams while ensuring successful project execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex enterprise technology programs and projects from initiation through delivery.
- Collaborate with executives, stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment on objectives, scope, priorities, and deliverables.
- Drive project planning, execution, risk management, budgeting, reporting, and governance activities.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects within timelines, budget, and quality expectations.
- Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to support business and technology decisions.
- Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, translating technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Create and maintain project plans, status reports, executive dashboards, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive problem-solving efforts and implement innovative solutions to address project challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 8–11 years of experience as an IT Project Manager delivering complex enterprise software or technology initiatives.
- Strong technical and business understanding of:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Salesforce CRM
- Azure Data Lake / Enterprise Data Warehousing
- Proven experience working in SaaS-based environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), and DevOps.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technology organizations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Experience presenting project status and executive reporting to senior leadership.
- Ability to work in a hybrid-office environment and collaborate across multiple time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise-scale system architecture initiatives.
- Experience supporting Merger & Acquisition (M&A) IT integration projects.
- Hands-on experience with:
- JIRA
- Azure DevOps
- Power BI
- Agile coaching experience is a plus.
