Our client is looking for a highly organized and technically driven Infrastructure Project Manager to support large-scale office buildouts and infrastructure deployment initiatives. This individual will serve as the bridge between technical teams, workplace stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of enterprise infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing deployments involving structured cabling, AV systems, networking equipment, and workplace technology infrastructure in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Contract Duration: 12-Month Contract with the opportunity for extension
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience managing technical infrastructure or IT deployment projects within enterprise environments
- 2+ years of experience supporting construction-related or office buildout projects
- Hands-on experience overseeing structured cabling design and vendor implementation activities
- Experience deploying enterprise IT infrastructure including AV systems, networking equipment, and workplace technologies
- Strong background working cross-functionally with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Aha!, and Google Sheets
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
- Managing technical infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and delivery
- Coordinating structured cabling, AV, and networking infrastructure deployments for new and existing office locations
- Leading project meetings, tracking milestones, and communicating progress updates to stakeholders
- Working closely with internal technical teams, workplace teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution
- Defining project deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and resource requirements
- Ensuring infrastructure deployments are completed on time, within budget, and aligned to business requirements
- Overseeing installation activities and ensuring all technologies are properly implemented and maintained
- Identifying project risks, anticipating challenges, and proactively driving resolutions
