Industrial Mixing Operator

We are currently seeking a dedicated, hands on, heavy duty industrial mixing operator who can lift 50 plus pounds continuously for a 2nd shift manufacturing position in Crothersville, IN.  

Job Title: 2nd shift Mixing Operator

Location: Crothersville, IN

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 5pm-130am, plus mandatory overtime

What's the Job?

• Operate mixing equipment and support production processes in a manufacturing environment
• Handle and lift large bags of powder mix weighing up to 50 pounds
• Add ingredients according to specified recipes and follow ingredient lists accurately

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing or related roles
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and climbing
• Great Attendance and Work Ethic
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime and extended shifts
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks, including criminal history verification
