Industrial Maintenance Technician

This is a full-time on-site position based in Ocala, FL, for an Industrial Maintenance Technician. The role involves performing routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, diagnosing and repairing equipment issues, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all manufacturing equipment. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed maintenance records, adhering to safety protocols, and contributing to process improvements.

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Experience with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and basic PLC troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to various working conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is preferred
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
• Ability to lift and carry tools or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks
