Industrial Engineer

Summary:

Seeking an Industrial Engineer with 3–5 years of manufacturing experience to improve operational efficiency through process optimization, line balancing, capacity planning, and waste reduction. Must be skilled in AutoCAD and FlexSim simulation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct time and motion studies to improve productivity
• Perform line balancing and capacity planning
• Develop Value Stream Maps (VSM) for process improvement
• Support resource and materials planning
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and reduce waste
• Use AutoCAD for layout and process design
• Apply FlexSim for simulation and performance improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare SOPs and process documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and FlexSim (mandatory)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen
• Good communication and teamwork skills
