- Level I: $20–$24/hr | Level II: $25–$29/hr | Level III: $30–$34/hr
- +$1.00/hr shift differential for 2nd/3rd shift

About the Role
Join a state-of-the-art manufacturing operation as a 2nd Shift Industrial Automation Technician. You’ll keep high-speed equipment running safely and reliably through proactive PMs, rapid troubleshooting, minor PLC/HMI code changes, and systematic improvements that protect product quality.
What You’ll Do
- Execute PM/PdM and respond to equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot/repair controls: PLCs, HMIs, ladder logic (minor edits)
- Service VFDs, servos, robots, motors, printers, and vision systems
- Interpret electrical/mechanical schematics and drawings
- Diagnose pneumatic/hydraulic issues and implement corrective actions
- Drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement projects
- Maintain safety compliance, housekeeping, and documentation standards
- Cross-train peers and support skill-building across the maintenance team
What You Bring
- 8+ years maintenance experience (or equivalent education/experience)
- Advanced electrical controls plus strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience in high-speed manufacturing preferred
- Valid driver’s license; eligible MVR to operate powered lifts
- HS diploma or GED; Associate degree in Automation/Electronics/IMT/Mechatronics preferred
- Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., FDA) a plus
Schedule, Pay, and Benefits
- 2nd Shift (full-time); overtime generally voluntary except for emergencies
- Competitive hourly pay by level, plus $1/hr shift differential for 2nd/3rd shift
