Maintenance Technician – Food Manufacturing
Location: Oak Creek, WI
Pay: $39.00 – $42.00/hour (Additional for 2nd and 3rd shift)
Schedule: 2nd shift - Monday to Friday: (2:30pm – 11:00pm) // 3rd shift - Sunday to Thursday: (10:30pm - 7am)
Hiring bonus: $$$

PrideNow, the light industrial staffing division of Pride Global, is hiring on behalf of a leading food manufacturing company in Oak Creek, WI. We're seeking Maintenance Technicians to join a brand-new, high-speed production facility focused on baked goods packaging. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, automated environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery, production lines, and packaging equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Utilize PLC interfaces and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve automation issues
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Support equipment changeovers and line setups during production transitions
- Document all maintenance activities using CMMS systems
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency
- Follow all OSHA, GMP, and food safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certifications a plus
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food production environment (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, AC/DC systems, and PLC troubleshooting
- Familiarity with food industry compliance standards (GMPs, sanitation, AIB)
- Ability to work safely with minimal supervision in a high-speed environment
- Comfortable working with CMMS and basic computer tools (Excel, Outlook)
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, climb ladders, and work in varied conditions
