Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing all maintenance, utilities, automation systems, and technical operations across multiple facilities. This role manages electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and IT systems while leading teams and ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage plant maintenance teams (mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and farm operations)
- Oversee ammonia refrigeration systems, utilities, and plant equipment
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical distribution, controls, and automation systems
- Lead preventative maintenance programs and prioritize repair work
- Design, program, and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
- Manage parts inventory, vendors, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety and SQF standards
- Support IT systems, networking, and facility security systems
- Oversee offsite properties and infrastructure
Requirements:
- Experience in industrial maintenance, automation, or engineering
- Knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems and electrical systems
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments and projects
