This role is ideal for a procurement professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving value through strategic sourcing, supplier management, and process improvement.

You will play a key role in supporting procurement operations, engaging with mid-to-senior-level stakeholders, and ensuring supplier performance aligns with organizational standards and cost objectives. This position requires strong analytical thinking, negotiation capability, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage supplier relationships, performance metrics, and contract compliance.
  • Lead sourcing events, including RFQs, competitive bidding, and supplier evaluations.
  • Conduct spend analysis to identify savings opportunities and category optimization strategies.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring compliance with procurement standards.
  • Oversee vendor onboarding, qualification, and ongoing performance management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve procurement challenges and non-compliance issues.
  • Support contract renewals and proactively identify opportunities for rebidding or consolidation.
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities using a structured sourcing lifecycle approach.
  • Develop and implement procurement processes, policies, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of procurement or indirect spend management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong knowledge of indirect categories such as HR, Facilities, and Travel.
  • Experience in supplier negotiations, contract management, and spend analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical thinker with a solution-oriented and proactive mindset.
  • Experience working in cross-functional or global environments is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with contract review, commercial terms, and procurement processes.
  • ISM certification or similar credentials preferred.

Why This Role Stands Out:

This is a high-impact procurement opportunity where you will directly influence cost savings, supplier performance, and sourcing strategy across key indirect categories. You’ll work closely with experienced procurement leaders, gain exposure to strategic sourcing initiatives, and contribute to meaningful process improvements in a collaborative environment.
