About Us:

Phillips Brothers Real Estate is a real estate investing company located in Alpharetta. We are small team of around 10 people. We have a great work environment, and our team is essentially a 2nd family for each of our employees. Our company is focused on flipping single-family homes throughout metro Atlanta. We handle all aspects of the process in-house, including sourcing deals, purchasing/financing deals, project management, and ultimately selling the homes. We are currently in a period of strong and healthy growth. In 2024 we did $25 million in revenue and in 2025 we did $35 million in revenue.

Job Description:

This role will be responsible for managing our hiring process from the beginning, including posting jobs, screening applicants, conducting first-round interviews, and helping identify strong candidates for our team. The right person will be highly organized, professional, and people-oriented, with the ability to keep multiple roles moving at once while creating a strong candidate experience. This position will also include some outreach to potential candidates who may be a great fit for our company and culture.


Key Responsibilities:

-      Manage and maintain job postings across hiring platforms

-      Review applications and screen candidates for fit

-      Conduct first-round interviews and phone screens

-      Proactively source and reach out to potential candidates

-      Coordinate communication and scheduling throughout the hiring process

-      Keep hiring pipelines organized and up to date


Salary: $60,000-$70,000/yr
