Robert Half is partnering with a well-established, nationally recognized real estate company seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal on their legal team. This is a high-impact in-house role reporting to the General Counsel, supporting real estate and operational legal matters across a growing national portfolio in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. Position will start off 100% on-site for training and then will move to hybrid.
Responsibilities:
- Manage real estate documentation across acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
- Coordinate due diligence including title, survey, zoning, and environmental review
- Support leasing and asset management with amendments, renewals, estoppels, and SNDAs
- Assist with entity formation, maintenance, and filings across multiple jurisdictions
- Prepare closing binders, checklists, and transaction files; and coordinate with outside counsel
Qualifications:
- 3+ years supporting commercial real estate transaction
- Experience with title review, commercial leasing, and real estate closings
- Law firm and/or in-house experience required
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
