In-house transactional role at a Florida commercial real estate owner-operator. Direct access to ownership, no billables, no litigation. Minimum 4 years of commercial real estate transactional experience required.

ABOUT US:

Noble Management is a privately-held commercial real estate owner-operator based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. We own and manage a multi-state portfolio of shopping centers and net-lease properties. We are growing our in-house legal team and are hiring an additional In-House Counsel to work alongside our existing Counsel and report to ownership.


WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT:

This role pairs you with our existing In-House Counsel as a senior teammate who will provide hands-on mentorship and a thorough onboarding to the portfolio. Ideal for an experienced mid-level attorney looking to transition from a firm into a long-term in-house career.


POSITION OVERVIEW:

Full-scope transactional real estate work, with primary focus on commercial lease drafting and negotiation, plus acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and tenant matters across the portfolio. You will work directly with ownership and our existing In-House Counsel, with dedicated paralegal support. No litigation. No billable hours.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, amendments, and related agreements (shopping center, NNN, ground leases, REAs, CC&Rs)

• Support lease administration, lease term interpretation, and risk identification

• Assist with acquisitions and dispositions: PSAs, due diligence, closings

• Review and manage contracts with vendors, tenants, and third parties

• Support real estate financing: loan documents, lender review, closings

• Provide legal guidance to internal accounting, leasing, and asset management teams

• Coordinate with outside counsel on specialized matters

• Support title, survey, and closing processes

• Maintain organized legal documentation and records


QUALIFICATIONS:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in Florida

• Minimum 4 years of commercial real estate transactional experience

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Comfortable working directly with ownership in a flat, business-oriented environment

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with shopping center / retail or net-lease leasing

• Exposure to acquisitions and real estate financing

• Title and survey review experience
