What You’ll Be Doing:
- Run international air and ocean import files from pre-alert to delivery
- Coordinate trucking, warehousing, terminals, and final mile vendors
- Liaise with overseas offices and agents daily
- Handle billing, accruals, milestone updates, and shipment visibility
- Resolve delays, exams, holds, and customer escalations fast
