Commercial HVAC / Building Automation Sales Representative (BAS/DDC)
Western Pennsylvania | Field-Based | Remote Flexibility
$90K–$120K Base + Commission | OTE $130K–$170K+
This is NOT an account management role.
We’re looking for a true hunter — someone who can go out, create opportunities, and close business in the commercial HVAC and building automation space.
If you’re currently selling HVAC, BAS/DDC, or other technical/mechanical solutions and want a bigger book of business and stronger earning potential, this is worth a conversation.
What You’ll Be Doing• Selling HVAC systems, Building Automation (BAS/DDC), and service solutions
• Prospecting and developing new business
• Building relationships with contractors, engineers, and facility leaders
• Owning the full sales cycle from first contact to close
• Winning project-based work (average deal size ~$50K)
• Growing accounts by selling across multiple service lines
What We’re Looking For• 3+ years of outside sales experience (HVAC, BAS, mechanical, or similar)
• A track record of hitting or exceeding quota
• Comfortable with cold outreach and field activity
• Ability to sell technical / mechanical solutions
• Self-driven and motivated to build a territory
Compensation• Base Salary: $90K–$120K (based on experience)
• Commission: 10% of gross profit per project
• Year 1 OTE: Base + ~$20K
• Year 2 OTE: Base + $40K–$50K+
