General Description:
We are seeking for a highly motivated Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator to join our staff recruiting and talent acquisition team. The Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating recruitment activities and onboarding for firmwide positions across business services and legal support departments.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
Job Posting: Create and post job vacancies on various platforms such as job boards and firm external and interview websites.
Candidate Sourcing: Actively source and identify potential candidates through resume databases, networking, referrals, and other channels.
Screening and Selection: Screen resumes, conducts initial candidate assessments, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and conduct reference checks.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interviewers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
Candidate and Hiring Manager Communication: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as needed.
Onboarding Support: Coordinate onboarding process for new hires, including orientation schedules, IT equipment, and new hire training coordination.
Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update the Workday to keep candidate information organized and up-to-date.
Recruitment Events: Organize and attend job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other recruiting activities.
Reporting and Analytics: Generate recruitment reports in Excel and Workday, analyze recruitment metrics, and provide insights to improve recruitment processes.
Travel: Coordinate and arrange candidate travel, including airline and hotel reservations.
Search Firms: Coordinate and manage third-party recruiter contracts and activity.
Special projects and duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Education:
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of experience in a similar or corporate environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of database management software.
Preferred Qualifications & Education:
2+ years of law firm recruiting experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Moderate or advanced keyboard usage
