The Office Coordinator supports the human resources and sales and marketing functions by managing daily office operations, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth and professional workplace experience. This role involves ordering office lunches and supplies, handling mail, preparing company-wide email communications, and providing general administrative support while working closely with leadership and learning from experienced HR professionals.
Responsibilities
The role is based in a fast-growing, privately held beauty company with approximately 580 employees and a strong focus on disruptive innovation and customer-obsessed product development. The office environment is dynamic and growth-oriented, having recently doubled in size across the US and UK. The Office Coordinator works as part of the HR function and supports the sales and marketing department, reporting to the vice president of the department and collaborating closely with HR leadership. The workplace uses standard office technology and Microsoft Office tools to manage communication, scheduling, and documentation. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilton, CT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
