Responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of HR functions in a non union manufacturing operation
Will manage 1 direct report
Will oversee staffing, recruitment, employee relations, compliance and regulatory requirements, training and development, workers compensation, safety and compliance policies and procedures
Will ensure facility attracts, develops and retains high quality talent while fostering a positive and compliant work environment
5+ years of progressive HR experience out of manufacturing is required
SHRM/PHR is a plus!
Bi-lingual is a plus (Spanish)
Bachelor’s degree is required
Company has over 70 years of industry experience
