Position Summary
The Human Resource Lead Specialist is responsible for leading and executing client Therapy’s day-to-day human resources operations, employee relations, compliance, and workforce processes in alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
• Maintain audit-ready employee files
• Ensure HRIS data integrity
• Support regulatory compliance and audits
• Maintain I-9, licensure, and training documentation
Employee Relations & Performance Management
• Advise managers on performance and corrective action
• Lead and document investigations
• Support PIPs and performance evaluations
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
• Lead recruitment and hiring processes
• Ensure onboarding completion and compliance
• Conduct exit interviews and track turnover
Training & Workforce Planning
• Coordinate compliance training and CEUs
• Support job description maintenance and workforce planning
Payroll & Benefits Coordination
• Ensure accurate employee data for payroll
• Support benefits administration and enrollments

Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 5+ years progressive HR experience
• Knowledge of employment law
• HRIS proficiency
Preferred
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification
• Healthcare HR experience
