Job Title: HR Generalist

Duration: 12 months on W2
Qualifications:
BA, BS or equivalent Advanced. Experience in high-tech and/or regulated environment. Both small and large company exposure is ideal. Life science industry experience is optimal.
Responsibilities:
Support pre-employment programs and processes, the new hire onboarding program coordination, exit processes, health and welfare benefits, HR information systems and records, reporting activities, and training and development coordination.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $35.00-$40.00 per hour.
