A growing manufacturing company in Oldsmar is looking for a hands-on, mid-level HR Generalist to step in and join them in a contract-to-hire role, and help bring clarity, consistency, and momentum to their people operations.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building while doing, not overly regimented, not buried in red tape, but ready for someone who can connect the dots across recruiting, HR systems, and day-to-day employee support.
