What You’ll Do:

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including coordination and scheduling
• Work within Paycom to manage employee data, run reports, and support system-related projects
• Assist with HRIS initiatives such as workflows, scheduling groups, and learning processes
• Handle employee relations matters, including day-to-day issues and basic investigations
• Guide employee and manager conversations, document outcomes, and escalate when appropriate
• Collaborate closely with the HR team and provide consistent updates across functions
• Support additional HR areas such as benefits and temporary workforce processes as needed

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3–8 years of HR experience
• Strong HRIS and technical skills with the ability to learn systems quickly
• Experience handling employee relations issues in a day-to-day capacity
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to balance employee advocacy with business needs
• Comfort working in ambiguity and adjusting to changing priorities

Pay: $25-32/hour, based on experience
