About the Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HR Generalist to support core human resources functions and drive daily HR operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Support full‑cycle recruitment including postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Administer benefits, leaves of absence, and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
• Assist with performance management processes and annual reviews
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and HR reporting
• Support payroll functions in collaboration with finance
• Contribute to HR initiatives, projects, and process improvements
• Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture
Qualifications
• 4+ years of HR Generalist or related HR experience
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience working with HRIS systems
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage sensitive information and multiple priorities
• HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP) are a plus
