Shift: 09:00am – 02.00pm (Schedule open to flexibility)
Requirements:2-5 years' experience working in a similar role / HR experience
Prior experience running payroll and working with HRIS systems
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in everything related to HR; payroll, benefits, employee information, etc.
Basic HR knowledge and understanding of confidentiality, policies, laws, etc.
Strong and careful attention to detail
Quick learner and able to adapt to changing priorities
Extremely organized and a master of prioritization
Ability to work in a team setting
Good verbal and written communications skills
Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will assist the HR team to effectively deliver HR programs in order to positively impact employee engagement.
The position will be responsible for activities such as onboarding/offboarding, maintaining the HRIS system, personnel file maintenance, payroll administration, benefits administration, reporting, and assisting employees with questions related to HR programs.
The position will be responsible for the following activities:
Onboarding/offboarding
HRIS management
Personnel file maintenance
Payroll administration
Benefits administration
Reporting
Assisting employees with questions related to HR programs
Supporting the HR Director and HR Business Partners as needed
