Job Title: Bilingual (Spanish) HR Coordinator

Compensation: Targeting $30.00-$35.00/hour, with flexibility based on experience

Our client is a fast-growing hospitality organization with approximately 450 employees. We are looking for an "up and comer" who is looking to grow their career in human resources. This role requires you to be onsite.


Position Overview

The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting a busy and growing HR function. The ideal candidate is a polished, bilingual HR professional who can manage a high volume of administrative responsibilities while also supporting benefits administration, onboarding, recruiting coordination, and general HR operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR administrative support to the HR team
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate scheduling details with candidates and hiring managers
  • Partner with General Managers and property leaders on hiring and onboarding activities
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee support inquiries
  • Help coordinate talent acquisition efforts in the absence of a formal ATS
  • Maintain HR records and ensure accurate employee documentation
  • Utilize Paycom for applicable HR and administrative processes
  • Assist with recruiting events, including planning and supporting career fairs for upcoming openings
  • Support HR initiatives tied to company growth and new property openings
  • Provide additional support related to payroll processes as needed


Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • 2+ years of HR coordination or related HR support experience preferred
  • Experience in high-end, luxury, or hospitality environments strongly preferred
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience supporting benefits administration and onboarding
  • Exposure to talent acquisition and interview coordination required
  • Familiarity with Paycom preferred
  • Prior exposure to payroll processes is a plus
  • Service-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
