Job DescriptionAbout the role: We are seeking a CRM Administrator to own and continuously improve our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, HubSpot. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, data integrity, and enablement of the CRM system across the Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams. You will partner closely with business stakeholders and internal technology teams to ensure HubSpot supports efficient workflows, high-quality data, and actionable reporting.

Travel
Travel by air is required up to 2 times per year within the US for in-person team meetings and an all-company meeting.

Lingraphica and Pay Transparency
At Lingraphica, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The starting salary range for this position is $64,800 and $73,000 per year. Placement in the starting pay is based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
