HR Compliance Coordinator

Position:

A key role in supporting and protecting a growing company by ensuring labor law compliance, recruitment, and general HR administration.

Company:

We are a growing 40-year-old medium sized food manufacturer using high-tech equipment and leading-edge innovation for healthy, sustainable, and delicious food. Located in picturesque Anacortes, Washington, our office, and employee lounge have a view of the ocean and snowcapped mountains only 15 minutes from I-5.

Requirements:

• Experience in efficient administration of Washington and Federal labor law compliance including DOL, L&I, OSHA, WISHA, ESD, FMLA, PFML, ACA, EEOC, E-Verify, ERISA… along with company PPGs and SOPs. 
• Willingness to adopt upgrades and new ERPs while continuing maintain some hard-copy documentation.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Adequate education to enable understanding and communicating labor laws, prepare formal written communication and strong business acumen. 

Salary: $63K - $73K + benefits
