A well-established branded hotel in the Plattsburgh, NY market is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead all aspects of hotel operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and brand compliance.
  • Manage hotel profitability through budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and expense control.
  • Monitor labor, inventory, and operational performance metrics.
  • Participate in sales, revenue management, and marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
  • Maintain brand standards and successfully lead quality assurance inspections.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements as needed.
  • Manage staffing levels, employee performance, and retention efforts.
  • Provide hands-on leadership and ensure consistent execution of hotel policies and procedures.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of hotel leadership experience (will consider an AGM, GM, DOS, or similar leadership experience).
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
