Hotel General Manager

We are seeking a hands-on, proven General Manager to lead Tideline Hotel, a newly repositioned 134-room luxury beachfront property located next to Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach.

This is not a desk role. We are looking for a true operator who leads from the front, is present on the floor, and knows how to step in, take ownership, and drive results immediately.

What we expect:

• 3+ years as a Hotel General Manager (no task force or consultants)
• Experience in luxury or lifestyle hotels
• Strong command of P&L, cost control, and revenue strategy
• Ability to stabilize, lead, and elevate operations in a competitive market
• Highly hands-on leadership style, visible, engaged, and accountable

• Full hotel operations (Rooms, F&B, guest experience)
• Financial performance and accountability
• Building, leading, and holding teams to a high standard
• Elevating service, culture, and overall guest experience
