20% Administrative/Leadership

• Complex case conferencing
• Hospice presence in the community
• Physician, staff, resident and fellowship student education
• Admission approvals and CTI’s

80% Clinical Time – Varies each day/week

• Cover one team meeting a week
• Phone calls from own team
• Signing most prescriptions and death certificates
• Flexibility to see patients who need urgent visits
