Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Help Desk Technician located 3801 Oakland Ave Suite 109 A, St Joseph, MO 64506. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing front-line technical support to clients, troubleshooting computer-related issues, and ensuring systems are operational. Daily tasks include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining desktop computers, responding to help desk inquiries, and delivering exceptional support to end-users. The successful candidate will collaborate with the IT team and communicate effectively with customers to resolve technical problems promptly.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Computer Repair
  • Expertise in Technical Support and Help Desk Support
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to assist users in a clear and professional manner
  • Ability to manage time efficiently while responding to multiple technical issues
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or related are a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
