Our programs help providers improve chronic disease outcomes, reduce costs, and generate significant recurring revenue with minimal administrative burden for our partner practices.


The Opportunity

We’re seeking a high-energy, field-savvy Sales Representative for a high-commission role. You’ll drive growth through a mix of digital marketing, AI-powered outreach, and in-person door-to-door visits to doctors’ offices and post-acute facilities. If you excel at LinkedIn prospecting, consultative selling, and closing deals that transform patient care, this is your role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads using LinkedIn marketing, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and targeted door-to-door marketing at doctors’ offices and post-acute facilities
  • Conduct compelling in-person or virtual presentations and demos of our RPM/CCM devices, platform, and full-service programs.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: from lead generation and needs assessment to proposal, negotiation, contract closing, and implementation handoff.
  • Build long-term relationships and expand accounts within medical practices and health systems.
  • Leverage LinkedIn for lead generation, content sharing, personalized outreach, and relationship building.
  • Use AI tools (including Claude) to enhance marketing and sales productivity — drafting messages, personalizing campaigns, generating content, researching prospects, and optimizing outreach.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and pipeline goals.
  • Stay current on RPM/CCM regulations, Medicare reimbursement, and value-based care trends.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operations teams for successful customer onboarding.


Compensation

  • Base Salary: $65,000
  • Commission: subject to terms and conditions of a Commission Agreement - basic structure $3500 for closed deal on clients with number of providers equal to 1-3, $5500 for closed deal on clients with number of providers equal to 4-6, $7500 for closed deal on clients with numbers of providers more than 6.
  • Benefits include health insurance, mileage reimbursement (for field visits), and flexible PTO
  • If targets are met, annual compensation to exceed $120,000+

Requirements & Qualifications

Required:

  • 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare, medical devices, healthtech/SaaS, or RPM/CCM (post-acute or skilled nursing experience a strong plus).
  • Strong, hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM – pipeline management, deal tracking, reporting, sequences, and automation.
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn for sales and marketing — including prospecting, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, content engagement, and lead generation.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas (include specific metrics on your resume).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and comfort with door-to-door/field marketing and local travel in Southern California.

Preferred:

  • Existing network or relationships in Nephrology, Cardiology, Primary Care, or post-acute facilities.
  • Experience selling device + software + recurring service solutions.
  • Advanced ability to co-work with AI tools like Claude for marketing and sales — using them to draft personalized LinkedIn messages, generate outreach content, summarize clinical/regulatory information, prepare presentations, and accelerate campaigns.
  • Familiarity with EHR integrations and value-based care models.
