The Role

We are looking for a Sales Consultant with experience in peptides, compounding pharmacies, or related medical/pharmaceutical sales to join our growing U.S. team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the peptides space, can confidently engage with healthcare professionals and business owners, and is driven to convert high-intent inbound leads into long-term clients. You will be part of a pioneering team building HCPA’s presence in the U.S. market.


What You’ll Do

  • Engage and qualify a high volume of inbound leads daily within the peptides and healthcare space
  • Consult with clinic owners, practitioners, and decision-makers on regulatory pathways, market entry, and growth strategies
  • Educate clients on peptides-related opportunities, compliance considerations, and operational models
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation to close
  • Build trust-based relationships with clients in a highly regulated environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and conversion targets


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in peptides sales, compounding pharmacy sales, or medical/pharmaceutical sales
  • Strong understanding of the peptides market, including use cases, compliance considerations, and customer profiles
  • Experience selling into clinics, wellness centers, or healthcare providers is highly preferred
  • Confident communicator with strong consultative selling skills
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume inbound sales environment
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of hitting targets
  • Comfortable working onsite in Austin, TX
