Our client, a highly rated senior living and skilled nursing community, is hiring a Healthcare Administrator (LNHA) to lead daily operations of their health center. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving performance across clinical, operational, and financial areas while building a strong, resident-focused culture.

Let’s be real—this is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a tight operation and elevate outcomes.

What You’ll Own

  • Full operational leadership of a skilled nursing/health center environment
  • Oversight of interdisciplinary leaders across Nursing, Rehab, Social Services, Dietary, Life Enrichment, and more
  • Regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local requirements, including surveys, audits, and licensure standards
  • Budget management, staffing strategy, and resource allocation
  • Quality improvement initiatives (QAPI) to drive performance and outcomes
  • Resident and family satisfaction—owning issues from intake through resolution
  • On-call leadership for facility-related needs and emergencies

Leadership Impact

  • Build, coach, and lead a multidisciplinary leadership team
  • Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with executive leadership on strategy and operations
  • Strengthen community relationships and referral partnerships

What You Bring

  • Active NJ Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license (or ability to obtain)
  • 2+ years of experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing setting
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, reimbursement, and operations
  • Proven leadership experience managing clinical and operational teams
  • Experience with budgeting, staffing models, and facility performance
  • Strong communication skills with residents, families, and leadership

Compensation

  • Base salary: $140,000 – $160,000
