Our client, a respected Assisted Living Facility in Florida, is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and energetic Licensed Administrator to oversee daily operations and lead our community. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a dynamic professional who is passionate about creating a vibrant, positive environment for seniors and staff alike, while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Assisted Living Facility
  • Ensure high-quality resident care and overall resident satisfaction
  • Lead, supervise, and support department managers and staff
  • Maintain compliance with all state regulations, policies, and licensing requirements
  • Manage staffing, scheduling oversight, and employee performance
  • Foster a positive, resident-centered culture throughout the facility
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners
  • Oversee operational efficiency, budgeting, and facility performance
  • Address resident, family, and staff concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure the facility maintains a safe, clean, and welcoming environment


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Administrator within an Assisted Living Facility, Skilled Nursing Facility, or senior care setting preferred
  • Florida Assisted Living Administrator license preferred or ability to meet state requirements
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience managing teams and facility operations
  • Knowledge of Florida ALF regulations and compliance standards preferred
  • Compassionate and resident-focused leadership style
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
