Along the way, our Wellness Division has quietly grown into a multi-million-dollar business serving supplement, beauty, and wellness brands—largely through a modest attention to business development, focusing on referrals, reputation, and customer success.

We have never built a dedicated commercial infrastructure around the category.

We believe the opportunity ahead is significantly larger than what we’ve achieved so far.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional sales role.

We are seeking a proven business builder, industry connector, and growth leader to help scale our Wellness Division from <$10M today into a $30M+ business over the next 3 years.

You will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to shape strategy, win key accounts, develop partnerships, build infrastructure, create scalable processes, and help define the future of the division.

This role is designed for someone who wants more than a territory and a quota.

What You’ll Do

·     Drive new business growth across supplement, wellness, beauty, and skincare categories

·     Leverage existing industry relationships to generate opportunities and accelerate growth

·     Build strategic partnerships throughout the wellness ecosystem

·     Develop relationships with founders, operators, investors, retailers, manufacturers, and service providers

·     Build and manage a pipeline of emerging and established brands

·     Collaborate with product development, sourcing, packaging, logistics, and account management teams

·     Refine and scale the division’s go-to-market strategy

·     Represent Shyft at trade shows, conferences, and industry events

·     Help build the systems, infrastructure, and processes required for scale

·     Recruit, mentor, and eventually lead additional business development team members

·     Serve as a strategic leader within the Wellness Division



What We’re Looking For

Required

·     10+ years of business development, sales, or commercial leadership experience within supplements, wellness, beauty, skincare, or adjacent CPG industries

·     Demonstrated history of developing multi-million-dollar strategic accounts

·     Proven ability to generate business through relationship development and proactive outreach

·     Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills

·     Experience navigating manufacturing, formulation, product development, ingredient sourcing, packaging, or supply chain environments

·     Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build rather than simply manage

·     Ability to thrive in fast-moving and evolving environments


Expected

·     An existing network within the wellness, supplement, beauty, or broader CPG ecosystem

·     Meaningful relationships with founders, operators, investors, retailers, manufacturers, agencies, and strategic partners

·     A proven history of converting relationships into long-term business partnerships


Preferred

·     Experience working for a contract manufacturer, formulation house, ingredient supplier, beauty manufacturer, or related service provider

·     Experience building and leading sales organizations

·     Experience selling into founder-led, DTC, influencer-led, and retail-focused brands

·     Existing relationships with brands generating $5M-$50M in annual revenue



Success in the First 12 Months

·     Establish yourself as a trusted leader within the organization

·     Develop and execute a scalable wellness growth strategy

·     Generate $5M-$8M in new annualized revenue opportunities

·     Expand Shyft’s network of strategic wellness partnerships

·     Build the foundation for a scalable commercial organization

·     Establish repeatable business development processes and infrastructure

·     Position the Wellness Division for long-term growth toward a 30M+ business



Compensation

·     Base Salary: $155,000-$205,000

·     Uncapped Performance Incentives

·     Target Earnings: $300,000-$500,000+

·     Phantom Equity Participation Opportunity

·     Executive Leadership Growth Path

The compensation structure is intentionally designed to reward high performers and provide meaningful upside for those who successfully help scale the division.
