Job Summary:

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for wealth management businesses
• Partner with C-suite to define KPIs and execute strategic priorities
• Develop and oversee financial models for planning, scenario analysis, capital allocation, and risk management
• Deliver executive-level reporting, including variance analysis and performance insights for senior management and the board
• Provide actionable insights on business performance, growth drivers, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data integrity and alignment
• Support M&A, integration efforts, and high-impact strategic initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement of financial planning systems, tools, and processes

Requirements:

• 10+ years of budgeting & forecasting experience at a wealth manager
• CPA or CFA preferred
